This basket is crafted using the traditional mutsume (six-eye) weave, known for its open, airy pattern. The outer surface is made from the hard outer skin of the bamboo, giving it a smooth texture and exceptional durability.
Its rim is reinforced with a hidden wire core, carefully wrapped in rattan for added strength and a refined finish. The bottom is supported by triangular strengthening bamboo strips, providing excellent structural stability. 18 x 7cm
