Shipping costs & delivery times
We offer simple, transparent flat-rate shipping worldwide:
• UK: £5 — 1–3 working days
• EU: £15 — 3–7 working days
• US: £35 — 5–10 working days
• ROW: £35 — 7–14 working days
Free worldwide shipping on orders over £300.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs handling. Seasonal volume or local processing may occasionally cause delays.
Customs & Duties
Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs handling fees once they reach the destination country.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to predict or control these fees.
If any customs charges are refused at delivery, the order may be returned to us. Please note that original shipping costs and any return fees incurred will not be refundable.

as long as it remains unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.

• Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you’d like a different style or colour, the easiest way is to place a new order and return the original item.
This ensures the piece you want doesn’t sell out.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please contact us within 48 hours with photographs, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
