When you place an order, you are offering to purchase a product under these terms. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to availability issues, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Your order is only accepted once you receive an order confirmation email.

4. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£).
Payment is taken at checkout via secure third-party payment providers (such as Shopify Payments).

Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.

Items may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.

8. Gift Vouchers
Shophouse offers digital gift vouchers for purchase.

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.

  • Gift vouchers may be used toward any product available on our website.

  • Orders paid with vouchers remain subject to our standard Terms & Conditions.

(You requested gift vouchers only, no credit notes, so credit notes are not included in our policy.)
